European Voluntary Service – EVS

European Voluntary Service allows young people aged 17-30 to express their personal commitment through unpaid and full-time voluntary service for 2-12 months in another country within or outside European Union.

VOLUNTEERING IN CLUB

Club for UNESCO of Piraeus & Islands has been founded at 1998, at Nikea, st. Petrou Ralli 210 & Thiseos 1, at the region of Piraeus. Club for UNESCO of Piraeus and Islands is a private non profit association, aiming to foster intercultural awareness, understanding, cooperation and solidarity according to the principles and ideals of UNESCO.The activities of the Club are summarized in four key-areas:Cultural ,Educational ,Social ,Environmental Activities.

YOUTH EXCHANGES

Youth Exchanges allow groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and develop discussions on a common interest topic.A Youth Exchange project can last up to 21 days. Participants should be aged between 13 and 30 and resident in the countries of the sending and receiving organisations.

Building peace in the minds of people

Club for UNESCO Piraeus and Islands was established in 1998. It is based in Nikea, Petrou Ralli 210 and Theseus 1, Piraeus Region. The Club is an association with the fundamental purpose of fostering international understanding, cooperation and solidarity in accordance with the principles and ideals of UNESCO.

The Club operates in four areas: education, culture, society, environment
